At Craitor, we work to strengthen the DoD supply chain via expeditionary manufacturing capabilities that enhance force readiness and capability. Craitor's flagship, the FieldFab Expeditionary 3D printer, enables the production of mission-critical parts and attritable systems at the tactical edge. It is a ruggedized, rapidly deployable, man-portable system that can print even on the move during tactical transport, from -40°F to 122°F, in high humidity, and through shock and vibration. FieldFab challenges the current paradigm of how 3D printers can be deployed at the Point of Need–it does not require localization inside a containerized unit or field shelter to remain operable and manufacture parts of OEM quality in austere environments.
