We have the pleasure to introduce ourselves to you as specialists in the field of overhead traveling cranes. Selected group of Expert Engineers and Technical staff whom have given excellent services to the Egyptian Industry during the last twenty years. The center can provide the following services: 1. Design of overhead cranes according to customer requirements and meeting most of the known International standards of cranes such as I.S.O, CMAA, FEM, and Etc. This is carried out by our design team supervised by the center general manager who had his Ph.D. degree from Cranfield Institute of Technology (England) and certified as a Consultant Engineer in the field by the Mechanical Engineering branch of the Engineering Syndicate of Egypt. Our design team uses the most up to date computer programs in the field. Import of machinery of cranes from the big Industrial Countries such as USA, Germany, Japan, Norway, Spain, Italy and Etc. Manufacture of local items of cranes which we manufacture in our works using special Jigs and Fixtures which guarantee the accuracy of production within the permissible deviations allowed by International Standards.In order to get the best quality of our products, we employ a quality control office to act as a third party between us and our clients. This office inspects our processing and makes certificates which satisfy our customer requirements such as; Material testing,Welders and Welding inspection ( using Ultrasonic, Magnetic and Liquid penetrate ), Paint film thickness, Checking of tolerances and Etc. Erection, Testing and Handle over of cranes to customers according to processes defined in standards. Maintenance and Repair of cranes during and after warrant periods.
