Crash Lab is a multiple award-winning developer of high quality games for mobile devices, based in the East Midlands, UK. The Snowman and The Snowdog was released by Channel 4 at Christmas 2012. The game went to #1 with over 1.2 million downloads in the UK. It won Best Game at the Broadcast Digital Awards, where the judges described it as, “beautiful in its simplicity and ideally suited for its target audience” and also won Best Tablet App at the BIMA Awards. In 2014 Channel 4 commissioned a sequel. Twist Pilot was published on iOS and Android by Zynga, and by Crash Lab on the PlayStation Mobile platform. In 2105 Crack Attack was released to critical and commercial acclaim. It is a puzzle game featuring a unique mechanic. As a result of the games success we partnered with Cadbury to release Cadbury’s Crack Attack to coincide with the launch of the new Oreo Egg. Track Train was our first collaboration with Ian Livingstone CBE. Tracky Train was #1 family game in 58 countries including US and UK. Tracky Train was also included in the US App Stores games of 2016. It was our first game created using Unity. Following on the success of Tracky Train, we partnered with Ian Livingstone again to produce Best Guess. It is an innovative quiz game where you don’t need to know the correct answer to win. In 2018 we launched Carnival Blast. It is a matching mardis gras, featuring a host of circus characters and sideshows. The game is performing well and we continue to support it with regular updates. As well as producing our own IP, we are always looking for interesting work-for-hire opportunities and collaborations.
