About Leena, our founder: Leena Mathai's journey took her from Tafe Sydney to Planet Cakes under Paris Cutler, and mastering fondant work at an Italian Bakery. Being first runner-up in PETA's 2014 Great Vegan Desserts Challenge was proud moment, but her favourite part is still seeing that first smile when someone tastes her creations.
