AvaFin (and CreamFinance Spain as part of the Holding) is an international Fintech group operating since 2012. We are utilizing a state-of-the-art financial solutions technology platform to provide convenient loan products with minimal time-to-cash and maximum customer convenience. We provide convenient loan products to consumers in 5 markets: Spain, Mexico, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Latvia, holding leading positions in each of these markets. Our Group is backed by Capitec Bank, South Africa’s leading consumer bank which is currently holding over 40% of shares of the Group. Since our establishment 10 years ago, we have demonstrated continuous growth, serving more than 1.3 million unique customers and issuing loans of more than €1.25 billion. In 2022, we set a new net profit record, reaching 8.3 million, with a continuously improving profit margin. Diverse multinacional perspective The foundation of our company is an international and diverse team of over 350 people from over 15 countries worldwide, which continuously work on improving the customer journey and our processes. Since 2022, CreamFinance Holding has been carrying out a global rebranding process, planned to be implemented in particular areas of the Group's operations by the end of 2023. The main goal of the rebranding is to unify the global business operations under one brand in all international AvaFin operating markets.
