With over 100 years dedicated to retail on the island, Creasey's is a vibrant, exciting department store with an offering for all the family. Dedicated to it's customers, it is constantly evolving to excite and surprise islanders. Originating as a family business and having remained so since 1899, when Benjamin Creasey, the great grandfather of the present directors, established a draper business on Mill Street in St Peter Port, not far from today's flagship department store in the heart of the town centre. Fifth generation family member Jonathan Creasey has been at the helm since 2010. Nowadays, in addition to the main department store in the heart of town which is home to Womenswear, Accessories & Beauty, there are many Creasey's stores in the island, many of which represent a variety of departments: Creasey's Home, Creasey's Kids, Creasey's Menswear and The Shoe Room, as well as franchised satallite stores for Whistles, Quiz and Hobbs London, plus an out of town store, Creasey's on The Bridge. We also have two in-store cafes, both boasting stunning island views - one in the main department store and one on the top floor of our Home store. The Guernsey branches of Marks & Spencer are also part of the Creasey & Son family. The relationship dates back to the 1960s when a 'St Michael' shop was opened within the first Creasey's store. There are now four M&S stores on the island: the main High Street store with home, clothing & food departments, M&S Kids (the only standalone store in the British Isles) and two further out of town M&S Food stores.
