Create Again was birthed to change the way companies create change by allowing genuine connection and communication with teams and their leaders. Working in corporate for a long time, I saw an inability of team and leaders to communicate effectively, which led to a serious disconnect. Teams unable to see, hear & feel the bigger picture, and leaders unable to communicate to make them see hear and feel. When companies communicate well with their team, they feel seen and heard; allowing everyone to feel appreciated and excited about what they are doing and create a beautiful sense of belonging within a team. I help companies that want to improve their culture, effectively facilitate change, increase their sales and revenue, get buy-in from their team and retain staff. Working with individuals to create accountability first, then how to bring this back into the business. The ripple effect we can create from working on ourselves first is next-level! Create Again works with each employee of the company, partly in individual sessions as well as group coaching.
