Create Heal Transform

Creativity has always been a part of my life in one form or another. In the last few years it has become more than just a hobby, it has become a way to manage stress, regulate my nervous system and heal myself. After years of struggling with fibromyalgia, depression and anxiety I took control of my health and delved into personal development and holistic healing. I am an artist and coach and with Create Heal Transform I combine therapeutic creative practices and holistic healing techniques (including Belief Coding®) to help others with chronic health conditions (physical & mental) to self heal. I do this by creating inspirational, empowering art; teaching at Paint, Sip & Soul Parties and Creative Wellbeing Workshops and through my signature program "Creative Healing Intensive".
