Create Space Therapy

Create Space Therapy offers in person and virtual therapy for children, teens, and adults. We specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, stress & burnout, and feelings of shame or guilt. At Create Space Therapy, we help people who have experienced anxiety, depression, or trauma to let go of self doubt and begin creating space to become their favorite version of themselves. We take a holistic approach to therapy, incorporating clients' strengths, past experiences, and hopes for the future. Our therapists are trauma informed and trained in a variety of approaches including EMDR, attachment-based therapy, play therapy, and other brain body approaches.
