Creating Vibrant Days

PROGRAM LAUNCH COMING SEPTEMBER 2023 The word "activities" shouldn't strike fear into the hearts of memory care providers. Activities should be an engaging time where we smile and connect. Having been an Activity Director myself, I noticed one thing missing from memory care activity systems.vibrance. So often programs focus on the "what can you/can't you do" approach without considering if the activity brought joy to the residents. This program is tested in an actual memory care unit and has proven results. It has been designed to engage all lobes of the brain, but organically, through creating joy. We will provide assessment opportunities along with each activity. There are many ways to measure progress, and we hope to demonstrate the importance of taking field results rather than relying on structured tests that cause residents stress and point out failures. By utilizing our assessment structure, you can gain these results by simply observing the activities.
