Negotiation of Business Contracts: Negotiating a contract by yourself can be daunting and intimidating. I can assist you with the negotiation of a contract to ensure that your contract is fair and risk to your business is mitigated to the extent possible. Legal Advice: Any business should always first aim to resolve a contractual dispute as apposed to spending thousands on litigation. I can assist you with drafting a legal notice or addressing a breach in terms of a contract. CHARGES FOR CONSULTING SERVICES: My approach to fees are flexible and tailored to meet your specific needs. I prepare a fixed quotation on an "all inclusive" basis as opposed to charging you “per minute”/ “per hour”. This allows you the opportunity to budget and manage your legal spend. Should you require a legal retainer for your business, a customised, cost effective package can be prepared for you.
