Creative Active Lives Cic

We are a Black Country based non profit org delivering workshops to improve physical and mental wellbeing through in person workshops when possible, Activity Kits that we post out, and digital online workshops. We work with corporate clients for employee wellbeing and conference activities, care homes, schools and special schools, disability and dementia activity groups, and we even provide large scale festival entertainment! If you need fun and/or fitness come to us! Our activities include mixed circus skills, group juggling, hula hooping, seated and mobile yoga, dance, bubbleology, pottery, jewellery making, STEM, art, T'ai Chi, and more.
