CC_LTD (creative commonspace) is a Hong Kong based Architecture Design Consultancy firm with a combined staff of 20 + people. CC_LTD has a satellite office registered in Shanghai, the central office located in Beijing. The CC LTD platform is multidisciplinary and collaborative. Our design philosophy is based on the principal that each project is unique and requires an ability to specialize services based on each projects requirements. Specialized collaboration with strategic partners allows allows for flexibility and a customized, novel approach to innovation. In the past CC LTD has collaborated with nano-scientists, social anthropologists, new media specialists, sustainable technology companies, manufacturers, architects and engineers with the goal of developing robust approaches to design that can be realized in a built project or used for research and prototyping for use in future projects. This includes novel approaches for master planning to specialized building technologies and systems. CC LTD is focused on small to medium to large scale projects in the fields of architecture, interior design, urbanism and all things related to design. We believe in research and development is an integral part to design development. This includes understanding both the context the project is situated in to the best practices approach for realization of each project based on specific constraints that are specific to each project. Design then is not fixed into a system that is static and formulaic, but rather is a robust engagement of project specific explorations.
