An experienced interior designer and project manager in the residential construction industry, having successfully run my own company since 2006. My methodology is quite simple. there is no point starting a renovation of any size and expecting a successful end result if the renovation is not set up properly to begin with. My business model specialises in complete start to finish transformations to ensure minimal stress to the clients which would include managing trades; budget and timelines; setting and achieving goals both from a design and management point of view. Understand that many clients don't necessarily have a spare $300k+ to redesign and do stages of works all at once. As such, another arm of this business model was to offer assistance to the "Do It Yourself Renovators" helping to set up a project in various stages; drafting trade scopes in detail and in trade language so, when they are ready to proceed then this minimises variations; explain domino of works and provide detailed design report with spatial plans; visual guides, supplier and product info; outline clearly who does what, when, how, by whom and. providing answers to "where do we find that?","who can we trust to do works". Map out clear directions, provide budget schedules so they know who to pay according to their timelines and be available on an ad hoc basis if required. This part of my business allows me to run multiple larger projects on a more exclusive capacity whilst always having time and consideration for every clients' budget and needs. I am highly organised and methodical at project design planning and implementation. I have a proven track record of managing multiple residential projects simultaneously all with in strict timelines and meeting project targets whilst maintaining a high level of workmanship and design, evidenced by the 45 or so client references placed directly on my Word of Mouth site."Industry" label - doesn't cut what my company offers.
