Its main focus is to facilitate, manage, coordinate and collaborate with organizations on culture development, leadership resilience and advocacy planning for socio-economic transformation. Most of our work has been in the non-profit, public and creative industries sectors. The company recruits small teams of expertise from each of these sectors to make effective impact on its deliverables. Through fifteen years of experience in the Creative Industries we have facilitated creativity development initiatives in performing and visual arts and contributed to strategies for creative entrepreneurship in the music, craft and film sectors. our fifteen years of consulting in the public sector has focused on arts and culture project management, arts education advocacy, social enterprise development, and community-culture planning for community arts policy development.
