We believe in a healthy therapeutic relationship-centered treatment approach. We aim to help clients identify challenges and goals as well as provide a safe place through which clients can process and expand their understanding of self in the context of relationships with others. Our practice highly focuses and specializes on the integration of the Christian faith in mental health. We focus on helping individuals, couples and families. Our therapists gravitate towards the use of IFS, EMDR, Narrative and Structural therapy modalities, and Christian counseling. Most clients that come to our practice are those who are trying to make sense of their faith in the context of their family system stressors and vice-versa.
