Creative Learning Corporation (CLCN.OB) is the owner and developer of three unique and highly successful franchised children’s enrichment programs: Bricks 4 Kidz®, Challenge Island® and Sew Fun Studios®. All three programs are based on (1) the operation of after-school classes,(2) summer camps as well as day camps during the school year,(3) in-school workshops; and (4) birthday parties. The Creative Learning Corporation family of concepts originated in 2008 with Bricks 4 Kidz®. The business model was founded by Michelle Cote in St. Augustine, Florida and then developed into an international franchise by Brian Pappas, Michelle and Daniel O'Donnell. O’Donnell, now the current COO of the company, created and operated a similar franchise concept for over 10 years, which included a custom CRM platform called the Franchise Management Tool (FMT). The FMT is used by all concepts under the Creative Learning Corporation umbrella as a definitive mechanism for customer relationship management as well as corporate franchise management and reporting. The rapidly growing company has achieved significant expansion both nationally as well as internationally with over 700 franchises awarded in 38 countries.
