In 1992, a small group of hard-working folks came together to create what is now known as Creative MultiCare, LLC – a leading provider of plumbing, resurfacing, and floor care services for managed rental homes and multi-family properties. Founded in Atlanta, Creative has expanded to include full-service operations in Tampa/St. Pete, Orlando, and Jacksonville, Florida in addition to our Georgia service areas.
