All of our Retirement Planning is on a “tax favored” basis. I know of no Businessman in the world, who has gone into business, as an altruistic gesture towards his fellow man, in some misguided philanthropic attempt to redistribute the wealth. Nonsense! Now that he is making a profit, he wants to be shown how to get it out of his business, for himself, and how to keep it. I cater to that market! I work in all facets of Estate Planning & Wills/Trusts, Tax Qualified (Pensions) & non Tax Qualified Retirement Plans (Deferred Compensation), IRC Sect 72 (pre-59½ distributions w/o 10% penalty), Stock Redemption & Business Continuation, Asset Protection/Retirement planning, Lifetime Settlements & Charitable planning. Being an LIC, I work on either a Fee basis, or Commissions, and in very rare instances, both.
