Creative Solutions in Elder Care has been a thought leader in the Sacramento region by providing seniors and post-acute patients with an elevated level of service with trained In Home Caregivers and licensed Residential Care Homes. Aging at home and licensed residential care homes offer hope for the growing elder population. Today’s aging population wants to safely live at home with a flexible care plan, independence, and quality of life. By expanding traditional personal and health care to include housekeeping, grocery shopping, driving to run errands, companions at home and in social settings, and pet care, we have grown to six Residential Care Homes. Our approach is, “There is no place like home”, and we even arrange for medical support services. Telemedicine and technology will be key to Creative Solutions in Elder Care’s growth strategy, as well as enhancing the personal services and activities we provide to our In Home Care and Residential Care Home clients. We currently have a full-time driver, patient advocates, and case management experts, helping them ensure continuity of care with each patient and caregiver, and the ability to transition from In-Home Care to one of our lovely residential care homes.
