In addition to supplying new parts, we also have the capability to refurbish many parts including anodized aluminum chucks, ceramic chucks, spray coated chucks and polyimide. Factories in Japan, Korea and China. Sales offices in Japan, Taiwan and in the US (Bay Area). Creative Technology is also the OPM for a large ion implantation tool manufacturer and can supply various parts for ion implantation toold including source assembly and electrostatic chucks. Our R&D department is currently focusing on 450mm semiconductor applications, as well as think wafer handling ESC for various applications.
