Why Life coaching? Life coaching can help you with specific personal goals and transitions and even professional projects, a life coach is there to help you achieve these goals, overcome any obstacles and make changes or shifts in your life, where necessary. A life coach is there to listen, counsel and encourage you. Why Creative Coaching? Creative coaching helps people develop their creative skills and work through any barriers that are holding them back. Creativity is about thinking in new and different ways, using creative skills like writing and storytelling we can express emotions and start thinking and seeing things in new and different ways. What if you think you are not Creative? Well you cannot teach creativity, but you can encourage people to allow themselves to be creative. Lives can be transformed by engaging God in discovering and recovering our creativity. How do Life Coaching & Creative Coaching work hand in hand? Coaching is about helping a person to step back and see the picture differently, and to grow and develop your skills. Coaching helps you to understand your issues, become more aware of your perceptions, beliefs, habits, attitudes, behaviours, competencies, values and attitudes. Creativity is a part of our true nature; creativity creates pathways in our consciousness that is altered through writing and playing. The theory is not as important as the practical, and the healing is in the homework.
