Our firm develops, implements and delivers permit, mitigation, and construction compliance strategies that support the successful delivery of initiatives and projects across a diverse range of industry sectors. The primary sectors we support include water treatment and supply; transportation; public and private development; energy; telecommunications; airports; and conservation planning. Our clients include private landowners; federal, state and local governments, regulatory and land management agencies; utilities and other public service providers and collectives; and residential, commercial, natural resource, and renewable energy developers. We specialize in developing strategic approaches that include practical and achievable project-level and programmatic tools. We support project delivery for an array of regulatory processes including: California Environmental Quality Act/National Environmental Policy Act (CEQA/NEPA); Section 404 and 401 of the Clean Water Act; Section 14 (“Section 408”) of the Rivers and Harbors Act; Section 7 of the federal Endangered Species Act; Section 2081 of the California Endangered Species Act; Section 1600 et seq of the California Fish and Game Code; Section 402 of the Clean Water Act; and Porter-Cologne Water Quality Act. We are also qualified by the Federal Aviation Administration to assess airport wildlife hazards and develop Wildlife Hazard Management Plans.”
