The Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) is the apex body of private real estate developers in India, established in with a vision to transform the Indian real estate landscape and promote the cause of housing and habitat. Representing over developers across 230 city chapters in 20 states, CREDAI plays a pivotal role in policy formulation by voicing industry perspectives to key government ministries and agencies, including the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, NITI Aayog, BIS, and BEE. By fostering collaboration among stakeholders such as government bodies, policymakers, investors, financial institutions, and consumers, CREDAI strives to make the real estate sector more organized, transparent, and progressive.
