Open Joint-Stock Commercial Bank "Credit-Standard"(CSB) was founded on August 16, 2003 with an initial shareholders' capital of 1.3 billion sums. Credit - Standard - a relatively young Uzbek bank of medium size. But despite this it has earned respect among the partners and to thank of customers.Today, Credit Standard Bank has a strong presence and rankings among the ten largest banks in the Republic of Uzbekistan. CSB repeatedly was awarded recognition as the best bank in Uzbekistan authorized in international publications, such as «The Banker» and «Global Finance». Additionally, the Bank assigned high ratings by international rating agency Moody's (B2/NP/B2/NP/E with stable outlook) and the national rating agency Axbor-Reyting (credit rating on a national scale «UzA» with stable outlook). Since the beginning of 2008, CSB is actively working on implementation of a new development strategy for the period until 2013, under which the Bank aims to develop further its competitive advantage. By Improving the system of risk management, cost optimization and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving performance, it will allow CSB to prove its resilience in the current instability in global financial markets and to become one of the best financial organizations in the country.
