CREFC Europe is the trade association for the commercial real estate (CRE) finance industry in Europe. Our mission is to promote transparent, liquid and sustainable CRE debt markets for the benefit of the industry and ultimately the economy as a whole. The core of our membership is the lenders, investors, advisers and other intermediaries that help connect capital attracted by the risk/return characteristics of CRE debt with real estate businesses seeking finance. That said we welcome all those with a stake in the health of this market. CREFC Europe develop and disseminate best practice and engage with regulators and policymakers so that our industry can flourish while delivering returns to capital providers and supporting a responsible and sustainable real estate sector in the wider Membership Consider joining CREFC Europe as a member company.
