We develop and implement our own suite of production information management systems for the non-financial follow up of industrial processes. These include all modules of a typical MES (manufacturing execution system) or LIMS (laboratory information management system), like: quality control (samples, specifications, checklists) material flow (traceability, stock, losses) performance analysis (production scheduling, downtime, KPIs) maintenance (notifications, work order scheduling, confirmation of hours worked) staff (presence/performance, absences) EMS - energy monitoring (counters, consumption, historian) interfaces (automatisation such as SCADA, devices like lab equipment, and ERP like SAP, Dynamics …) a preconfigured set of reports Using our own platform enables us to achieve the right balance between standardization and customisation at a competitive cost.
