Crew-IO is a marketplace for VFX capacity, enabling studios to lend borrow staff through secondment. After many frustrating experiences of calling around to borrow or lend staff, I realised there was a much easier way - an online platform where you can share your staffing needs with multiple parties simultaneously - whilst staying in control of who can see your data. How does it work? Enter details of staff available to lend or roles that you need. The details including your company, the employee and rate remains private. Crew-IO’s algorithm checks for and scores matching offers and requests and notifies both parties. The lending studio reviews the match details first and may approve or deny the match. If approved, the borrowing party sees the details and may confirm the match or, if unsuitable for their needs, decline the match.
