At that time under Track Modernization Scheme, one item namely Pandrol Clip, now being called Elastic Rail Clip was being developed by RDSO. Being a new item of development, I immediately started development of ERC. Got capacity and capability assessment approval from RDSO and in a very short span of time, developed Pandrol Clips and started supplies.
