Hi, My name is Stella Chan, co-founder of 32MCUs.com, also a mom of 3 kids. In 2006, when I stepped into the electronic components field, the market was flooded with refurbished and fake parts. I remembered very clearly that one day a client called me sadly that he lost contact with his new supplier after receiving some counterfeits. I helped to check out that supplier and found their office empty. I decided to make some changes to it and set up our own company selling original and new parts only. In the beginning, we lost orders sometimes as a few clients did cater about the lower price rather than the quality. We love making money, but always remember that there is no way we would lower our quality standard at any time. We decided to keep going. It turns out that we are correct. Over the past years, we have achieved the ZERO claim rate!
