Criffel Station is a working deer and mixed-farming property overlooking Lake Wānaka - where agriculture, environment, and community come together. Farming has been at the heart of Criffel for more than 160 years. Today, we continue that legacy through high-country deer farming for venison and velvet, alongside ongoing work to strengthen the land that sustains us. Our approach combines practical farming with long-term stewardship, guided by One Health principles and Nature based Solutions that connect land, water, animals, and people.
