Crime Accountability Partnership Program
The C.A. Partnership Program is the result of a collaboration between the non-profit National Association for Shoplifting Prevention and Turning Point Justice (TPJ)(http://turningpointjustice.com). NASP has been providing offense-specific shoplifter education programs in the criminal justice system since 1989 and TPJ is a Cloud-Justice technology company founded by a former prosecutor and elected DA of Salt Lake County. To date, the Program has reduced the need for law enforcement to respond to participating retailers for low-level shoplifting incidents by up to 50% across the United States.
