As a company we specialise in this field providing employability risk assessments if a certificate contains criminal conviction information ensuring that someone who should not be working with vulnerable groups don't. The company provides support and training to managers and businesses that employ individuals who require a Criminal Record Check and advice on employment law and contracts of employment when relating to The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Criminal Records Services provides Criminal Record Checks from any country from within the European Union (EU) enabling UK companies to check the criminal history of any employee they recruit from the (EU) from their country of origin. We also process Criminal Record Checks for companies who employ staff working abroad or individuals who are leaving the UK to work abroad or EX-PATS who need one for any other reasons.
