Criteria Development, LLC is a fully integrated development company, from management, planning, acquisition, engineering, and construction. The principals, which have over 40 years of land development experience, are committed to growing our inventory in the North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Louisiana, and Alabama markets. We specialize in residential and multifamily communities, closing our first project in Louisiana in early 2016. Since that time we closed 15 additional projects, all managed by our parent company Criteria Construction LLC, with more to come.
