Critical Security Services Pty Ltd (CSS) is a proud Australian, privately owned business. We provide security, cleaning and clerical services to customers in Melbourne and across Regional Victoria. Our service offering help Customers in reducing risk and realigning energies and resources on growth. We help develop safe, secure and hygienic workplaces, an ecosystem that promotes well-being of employees and development of operational synergies. Though the journey officially started in January 2021, with the establishment of the legal entity in Melbourne, the idea was conceived in early 2020. The initial plan was to establish a boutique security services company that will cater the needs of mission critical facilities, and hence the name Critical Security Services. COVID-19 had caused major disruptions in the industry, challenges that we were not prepared for. Adapting to the new business as usual meant revisiting our business strategy and positioning in the market. The process involved, revamp of our service portfolio, existing offer was augmented to include cleaning and clerical services; our go to market strategy was revisited, with special emphasis on working with complementors in the market. Both, Security and Cleaning, industries are extremely competitive and margins are low. There is a lot of downward pressure because of the current economic climate and saturation in the market. As a business, we acknowledge the importance of competitive pricing; however, we always try to anchor discussions to value creation, quality and reliability. The emphasis has always been on delivery of premium services whilst maintaining competitive pricing, achieved by employing efficient delivery models and by using innovative operational tools. We are excited about the future possibilities and look forward to working together.
