CrocTech is a start-up company established by experts who have several years of experience in the media sector and in the fields of IT, web development and online marketing. In our constantly changing world classic project management solutions do not always bring the desired results. Our team has gathered experience through IT, internet and business projects in real companies and multinational environment for almost 20 years. Based on successful projects and experience we have set-up our own methodology on such methodological pillars as Agile, Scrum and Kanban. We use our method to meet our clients’ needs for development and consultation. Our principle is that there is no IT or product development project on its own. Every project is a business project even if its success criteria does not involve a direct financial aspect, indirectly it is about business effectiveness, revenues and - let’s put it frankly- financial results. With the help of our experience and methodology we are able to solve such ambiguous issues as how to work in a changing environment and achieve definite and clearly defined goals, how to handle possible spontaneous changes of project goals in the most cost-effective way and how to set up a team that is able to flexibly adapt to such changes.
