Cross Sector Solutions, LLC develops leaders and facilitates strategic solutions to the well-being of communities throughout the world. We serve through a global consortium of diversely experienced strategists who train, coach, consult and support local, regional, and national leaders in response to significant development needs. We consult and facilitate in the creation and implementation of problem solving strategies at all governmental, community, and organizational levels. CSS-LLC serves the nonprofit, corporate, and governmental sectors. Consulting Services CSS-LLC provides assistance, guidance, and counseling in support of organizations’ mission-oriented business and services functions. We advise on process and productivity improvement, systems alignment, leadership systems, organizational assessments, performance measures and indicators, and training and development methodologies. Facilitation Services We provide decision support services for agencies and organizations engaged in collective impact, collaboration efforts, working groups, or self-directed teams. We facilitate through common and divergent interests as a neutral party providing problem solving methodologies, defining and refining the agenda, debriefing and overall meeting planning, dispute resolution, convening and leading large and small group briefings and discussions. Strategic Development Services CSS-LLC provides strategic development services to support mission and objective alignment. Such services may involve program management support services, including planning and governance evaluations.
