Since 2011, we have taken a lead role in the development of functional fitness in Costa Rica, more specifically in the development of CrossFit in our country and the Central America region. We currently have one training facility in Plaza 17 in Escazú where hundreds of people transform their lives everyday and enjoy a healthy lifestyle of exercise, nutrition and wellness. Our coaching staff is highly talented, skilled and educated. We are constantly pursuing certifications for our training methods to provide the best posible service to our client base.
