CrossFit Casco Bay is Maine’s longest standing CrossFit facility. Established in 2009, CFCB has been able to foster a one of a kind community that enables members to reach goals they never imagined to be possible. By incorporating CrossFit methodology CFCB strives to develop a higher quality of life for all of its members. Our workout programming delivers a fitness that is design to be broad, general, and inclusive. CrossFit Casco Bay is a facility (the largest in the state!) located at Congress St in Portland Maine. We are outfitted with over of astro turf, Olympic lifting platforms, power racks, and everything else you could imaging to get you into tip top shape. Oh yeah, and we have some pretty sweet trainers as well!
