Hoewel CrossFit de basis is van ons trainingsprogramma bieden wij een zeer gevarieerd lesaanbod, alles onder begeleiding van de beste coaches van de regio! Wij faciliteren trainingen in de vorm van groepslessen, personal training en workshops. Tevens verzorgen wij op maat gemaakte vitaliteitsprogramma’s voor je organisatie en kan je bij ons terecht voor groepstrainingen met collega’s.
