CrossFit Hilton Head opened in MArch of 2010. We proudly offer our clients a hub of health and wellness information, training and support. Our world class coaches provide the most well rounded, quality training available in a CrossFit box. CFHH Events hosts no less than 12 competitions, fitness and fundraising events each year including the internationally attended CFHH I CAN Games, A Garage Games Series event. CFHH is home to the first CrossFit Endurance Team in the region, team "Less Miles More CrossFit," led by CrossFit Endurance HQ Seminar Staff member Jeffery Ford. The team competes with tremendous success locally and nationally. CFHH is also heavily involved in philanthropic causes raising and donating over in 2012.
