Crossfit Three Flow

CrossFit Three Flow was born in January 2016, in true CrossFit style we opened as a garage gym in Crace. Being in a small space but always thinking and planning big, we never compromised on our values or style of programming, we just got creative and made the most of the set up! We built an amazing community of members and basically needed more space, we made a promise that even though we now have more square metres, the quality, attention to excellence and having fun would remain a priority. To this day we stand by making sure the Posture and Technique is correct before loading is considered and coaching is the absolute priority. We moved to Braddon in October 2016 and now have a 419sm space with showers for those who need to shoot to work after training or maybe heading out after a session.
