We help development sector organizations recruit leadership. We believe that social sector organizations that are working on some of the world’s most complex problems, must have access to the best talent, wherever it may be. We help find and transition professionals from corporate and other sectors through understanding their aspirations and connecting them to opportunities that align with their passion areas with a thoughtful, long term orientation. IMPACT Over the past four years, we have placed over 80 professionals in senior leadership and/ or Board roles in a variety of organizations, including 20 in CEO positions. We serve over 250 developmental organizations across geographies - some of India’s largest and best known non-profits - and are helping several hundred professionals with their transition journeys.
