Crosspoint Autism Therapy

Crosspoint Autism Therapy is an in-home therapy company privately ran by Kristin Fida, BCBA and her husband, Michael Fida. Crosspoint uses applied behavior analysis (ABA) in order to teach new skills and reduce maladaptive behaviors. We work with children of all ages and skill levels to help families achieve lifelong success. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Texas (LBA) will personally assess your child and then provide an individualized behavior intervention plan including strategies to reduce behaviors and new skills to teach with extensive input from the families. Our BCBAs provide extensive training to our therapists and oversee the programming and therapy of each child regularly. Crosspoint BCBAs pride themselves on staying involved in the lives of the clients and families that we serve by maintaining continuous parent training, therapist supervision, and working with the clients directly. To ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of therapy, Crosspoint utilizes a stringent hiring process to ensure any therapist working with your child has an educational background and/or prior experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or Psychology. All therapists have several references as well as background checks and CPR/First Aid Training.
