Crosspoint Realty Services was founded in 2003 by Thomas N. Klein and D. Carter Hemming, both of whom were previously associated with MMI Realty Services, Inc. We provide property management and leasing services for high-quality retail and office properties in California. Our philosophy is simple: we manage every property as if it were our own, we take great pride in the relationships we establish, and we dedicate our full resources to maximizing the value of every real estate asset we manage. Our clients range from high net worth individuals to pension fund advisors and institutional investors like RREEF, Northwestern Mutual Life and Alecta, and our projects under management include some of Northern California's premiere real estate assets like Vintage Oaks in Novato and Town & Country in Palo Alto.
