Crossroads Care

There are over six million people in Britain who care for others. Many of these reach a turning point, a crossroads, at which they feel they need more help, where they may simply need a break or more regular support. That is what Crossroads Care does. Crossroads Care Central and South Bucks is part of a national network of local charities and is the leading provider of support for carers and the people they care for. We employ fully trained professionals provding a wide variety of flexible services to people of all ages and with a range of disabilities and health conditions. Our services include, but are not limited to - personal care, shopping calls, outings and visits, socialisation and companionship, children's Saturday clubs, a day unit for early onset dementia, sleeping and disturbed nights.
