Crossroads Training and Consultancy, Istanbul was founded in 2003 by Barbara Ferguson. When Barbara Ferguson decided to retire from Crossroads, which offers licensed trainings to companies in Turkish and English, she handed the company over to Aysem Burhanoğlu, who joined the trainer staff in 2011. With Aysem Burhanoğlu, Crossroads continues its training and consultancy activities for domestic and international companies. We work with multinational and local companies in Turkey and other countries, delivering training in two main areas: management skills and communication skills. Crossroads also has a branch that offers coaching to enhance workplace culture by improving communication, fostering growth, and building trust. Additionally, we offer services aimed at addressing the challenges that managers sometimes face. Our approach involves providing training, facilitating discussions, and, if needed, continuing with individual or group coaching.
