The executive leaders of Crown Paper Group have worked together in the paper and packaging industry for a century and a half (collectively) building high performance businesses. • Crown Paper Group is an independent producer of containerboard, kraft paper, unbleached kraft pulp and corrugated packaging. Port Townsend operates Port Townsend Paper mill in Port Townsend, WA; Crown Packaging plant in Vancouver BC; BoxMaster packaging plant, also in Vancouver; and Distribution Centers in Richmond and Kelowna, BC, and Calgary, AB. • Crown Paper Group has grown to represent roughly $321MM is sales and 780 employees, with current operations including: a ton paper mill in Port Townsend, WA; two box plants in British Columbia with associated storage and distribution depots, and regional sales offices. • Crown Paper Group has the resources to invest in building businesses over the long-term, and is focused acquiring well managed businesses and actively helping to build long term value.
