We’re the people’s choice for community-led radio, amplifying local voices since 2018. Croydon FM is a not-for-profit community radio station broadcasting across London on 97.8 and 99.4FM, DAB+ and online radio. We connect, inspire and empower through music, conversation and culture, giving listeners a platform that reflects real people and real stories. Our programmes are created and presented by members from in and around Croydon, providing local people with genuine broadcasting opportunities and a pathway into an industry that can often feel out of reach. Supported by the Warner Music Group / Blavatnik Family Foundation Social Justice Fund, we continue to grow our reach and impact, championing important conversations around mental health, aspirations and personal development, and raising awareness of local services and opportunities. Our dedication to community earned us the Business in the Community Award at the Mayor of Croydon Civic Awards, recognition of the positive change we help drive every day. Alongside our live radio shows, we run a Youth Training Programme for 14 to 17 year olds, equipping young people with hands-on skills in radio production, communication and teamwork. Croydon has always been a town bursting with creativity, from artists and musicians to entrepreneurs and community leaders, and we’re proud to be part of that story.
