Croydon Kowloon Designs Limited is the latest venture of the Bitopi Group. The plant has been specially built to address the growing needs of high tech outerwear and technical products. We are equipped with the latest technology in seam sealing, laser cutting, energy saving sewing machines, fake and real down filling machines and quilting facilities. The company is the culmination of the many years of experience we have in garment production. From our starting we have been following Toyota/Lean manufacturing principles. This allows us for quicker response to our customer demands, faster delivery lead times and better quality. We believe in continuous improvement and in always raising the bar. In addition to our evolved and participative management philosophy we also provide value to our customers through design and development. We collaborate with out customers not only to development and implement technology and use new materials in garment production, we also provide options for innovative and fashionable materials; we provide our major customers with inspirational designs. We are also aware of the impact we have on the environment and the community. We believe that sustainability is no longer optional but it is essential, the end customer today also wants to know that the products they purchase leave minimal carbon footprint. The factory has been constructed considering minimal use of energy making use of solar and sunlight using prismatic skylights. Being next to a power plant we also have the opportunity to use waste steam from the power plant to meet our production needs.
